Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10 minutes early. A coach will welcome you, introduce you to our facility, and discuss any physical history or concerns you have.

Required equipment

Clean indoor training shoes, comfortable athletic wear, a personal water bottle, and a towel.

What a typical session looks like
