First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first class. Our welcoming coaches will introduce themselves, tour our brand new space with you, and review your health goals.

Required equipment

Bring standard, comfortable athletic clothing, flat-soled training shoes, and a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated.

What a typical session looks like

Every structured session lasts exactly 60 minutes and includes a warm-up, a skill or strength section, the main high-intensity WOD, and a guided cool-down stretch.
