Our signature class combining gymnastics, weightlifting, and aerobic conditioning in a fun, high-intensity workout. Coaches guide you through skill work before tackling the workout of the day.
Objective: Overall Functional Fitness
An intense, cardio-focused training class replicating HYROX movements. It emphasizes high-volume running, rowing, wall-balls, and sled training to boost aerobic endurance.
Objective: Endurance & Cardio Capacity
A technical class focusing strictly on the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, and dynamic pulling movements. Perfect for building clean mechanics, explosive power, and heavy lifting confidence.
Objective: Strength & Technique
Unstructured gym time allowing members to work on custom programs, practice weak skills, or complete missed WODs under supervision.
Objective: Individual Training
Located inside the convenient and modern Blessington Business Park, Co. Wicklow. This quiet, spacious commercial district provides the perfect setting for a functional fitness community with hassle-free access.
Blessington is serviced directly by local bus routes (including Bus Éireann and TFI routes) dropping off within walking distance of the park.
An abundance of free, easy-access parking spaces is available directly outside the main entrance of Unit 1G/1J.
We view fitness as a lifelong journey towards functional health and wellness. Our primary target is ensuring that the time you spend inside our box supports and elevates your physical potential in the real world.
We build physical literacy through meticulous coaching of foundational movements (Squat, Press, Pull). Every training session begins with strict mobility prep, proceeds through safety-first technique drills, and concludes with scaleable high-intensity WODs.
Our members progress safely by prioritizing consistency over intensity. Once foundational mechanics are masterfully executed, we scale load and speed under professional coaching supervision.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class. This gives you time to meet the coach on duty, get a brief facility tour, and discuss any injuries or fitness background so we can customize your workout.
Wear clean, flexible athletic wear and durable flat training shoes (no heavy running shoes if possible). Bring a water bottle and a sweat towel.
We start with a group warm-up and movement prep (15m), transition to skill or strength mechanics (20m), complete the fast-paced daily WOD (15-20m), and wrap up with cool-down stretching.
Our biggest community competition event of the year, uniting everyone in friendly fitness challenges and Friday Night Lights workouts.
