Opening on April 25, 2026, CrossFit Takanawa is an elite, newly established functional training box located on the 1st floor of THE JEXER TAKANAWA within the iconic THE LINKPILLAR 2 development. Specifically customized for experienced CrossFit practitioners aged 16 and older, this premium facility aims to maximize daily movement performance and physical capacity. Our curriculum is built entirely on constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements—such as lifting, pulling, running, and jumping. Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first class. Our front desk staff will verify your prior CrossFit experience, guide you through our digital check-in system, and show you to the premium locker facilities.

Required equipment

Athletic training apparel, supportive flat-soled training shoes (CrossFit or weightlifting shoes recommended), and a water bottle.

What a typical session looks like

Every 60-minute session begins with a dynamic joint mobility warm-up, followed by a specific strength or skill progression, the high-intensity Workout of the Day (WOD), and a guided cool-down stretch.
