The 'Workout of the Day' is our core program. It includes an dynamic warm-up, skill or strength work, and a high-intensity metabolic conditioning session.

Located in the heart of Merrick, Long Island, on Benson Lane. The gym is situated in a convenient industrial/commercial pocket that allows for loud, high-intensity training and easy access for local residents.
Merrick LIRR Station (Long Island Rail Road) is approximately 1 mile away, connecting to the Babylon branch.

Our approach is rooted in the CrossFit methodology: performing functional movements that are constantly varied at high intensity to prepare you for any physical challenge.
We prioritize mechanics, then consistency, and only then intensity. Our coaches ensure your form is perfect before you add weight or speed.
Members progress through a tiered approach, starting with fundamental movements and scaling up to RX performance as their skills and strength improve.
Arrive 15 minutes early to meet your coach and tour the 7,500 sq ft facility. You'll receive a briefing on the day's WOD.
Comfortable workout clothes, cross-training shoes (recommended), a water bottle, and a positive attitude.
Each 60-minute session consists of a group warm-up, a strength or skill component, the WOD (Workout of the Day), and a cool-down/stretch.
Coed Teams of 2 events with RX and Scaled divisions featuring 3 Workouts + 1 Floater.
