Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled session. Introduce yourself at the front desk, complete your waiver, and take a quick facility tour with one of our friendly coaches.

What a typical session looks like

Every structured class consists of a dynamic joint mobility warmup, technique instruction for the daily movements, the Workout of the Day (WOD), followed by a cool-down stretch.
