A coach-led, one-hour session consisting of high-intensity functional training. We combine functional weightlifting, metabolic conditioning, and bodyweight exercises. Ideal for improving absolute strength and cardiovascular endurance.
Objective: Strength & Conditioning
A specialized introductory series focusing strictly on foundational mechanics, mobility, and correct movement form. This course prepares newcomers to confidently transition into general CrossFit group training.
Objective: Technique & Safety
Self-directed training slots where members can utilize the facility and equipment to work on specific weaknesses, recovery drills, or independent training regimens under light coach supervision.

Situated on the west side of 34th Street heading north in St. Petersburg, Florida. Our facility shares a highly accessible, family-oriented commercial plaza with Bayside Sports Academy, making it easy to combine your fitness routine with local shopping and activities.

We utilize the official CrossFit methodology, employing functional, multi-joint movements that are infinitely scalable to match our members' daily capacities.
Members progress safely through a structured learning process, beginning with basic alignment training, scaling weight, and incrementally raising workout complexity as conditioning improves.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class start time. You will meet our training staff, complete a physical assessment form, tour the facilities, and discuss any pre-existing injuries or health goals.
We recommend athletic footwear with stable soles, breathable sporting wear, a private sweat towel, and a water bottle.
We begin with a coach-led dynamic warm-up, followed by skill drill or strength work, a functional 20-minute Workout of the Day (WOD), and finish with static stretching and cool-down.
