We feature free designated off-street parking spots right outside Unit 1, alongside plenty of secure and free street parking along Priestly Street.
Our general training philosophy is rooted in long-term health and athletic consistency. We believe that fitness is a daily habit best forged inside a supportive group environment rather than isolated machine routines.
We follow the official CrossFit prescription of constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. Every single movement is broken down first for clean mechanics, consolidated for consistency, and then pushed for intensity.
Members progress at their own pace using a carefully structured scaling framework. Coaches work side-by-side with you to modify weights and gymnastics configurations, keeping your development both safe and highly rewarding.
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your class start time. Your coach will welcome you, introduce you to the warehouse floor layout, and discuss any fitness background or physical limitations you may have.
Wear comfortable athletic training clothes, flat gym shoes (or trainers), a personal hydration bottle, and a sweat towel.
Our standard training block includes a 10-minute dynamic group warm-up, a 15-minute strength skill development sequence, a 25-minute metabolic scaled WOD, and a 10-minute structural cool-down.
