Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first class. We will take you on a facility tour, discuss your current fitness goals, perform your InBody Scan, and carefully explain the structured class routine.

Required equipment

Standard activewear, sturdy athletic sneakers or CrossFit training shoes, a personal towel, and a water bottle.

What a typical session looks like

Each session lasts 60 minutes and includes a warm-up, a focused strength/skill practice segment, the group Workout of the Day (WOD), followed by a cool-down session.
