CrossFit Solent is one of Hampshire's leading strength and conditioning fitness facilities, established in 2012 as a cornerstone of the Southampton fitness scene. Unlike traditional commercial gyms, you won't find rows of stationary bikes or weight machines here; instead, our facility is a high-energy environment filled with pull-up bars, kettlebells, barbells, and wide-open spaces designed for functional movement. We pride ourselves on being a vibrant and inclusive community where the focus is entirely on your health, wellbeing, and tangible results. First visit

Arrive 10 minutes early to meet your coach, sign a waiver, and get a tour of the facility and equipment.

Required equipment

Comfortable athletic wear, cross-training shoes, water bottle, and a towel.

What a typical session looks like
