Beginner's guide

First visit

For your first visit, arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the class begins. A coach will welcome you, introduce you to the box layout, run you through the class format, and discuss any injuries or fitness background you may have.

Required equipment

Bring comfortable workout clothes, flat training shoes, a water bottle, and a small sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

A typical class lasts 60 minutes and includes a coached mobility and warm-up sequence, a strength or technique development session, the high-intensity Workout of the Day (WOD), and a cool-down stretch.
