Our signature daily class utilizing constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements. Each session includes a structured warm-up, skill or strength work, and the workout of the day (WOD). Coaches scale every workout to suit your fitness level.
Objective: Strength, Conditioning & Gymnastics
A metabolic conditioning-focused class designed to build aerobic capacity and muscular endurance using rowing machines, ski ergs, and stationary bikes. Perfect for burning calories and boosting cardiovascular health.
Objective: Cardio & Endurance
Specialized class focusing on the technique and power of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Ideal for improving explosive power, coordination, and overall lifting form.
Objective: Force & Technique
Unstructured training time where members can work on specific skills, strength programs, or catch up on a missed WOD. Coaches are present but not leading a class.

Situated in the heart of Maroochydore, the commercial hub of the Sunshine Coast. Our box is located in a quiet industrial pocket just off major arterial roads, providing a highly focused training environment with easy access to shopping centers and local beaches.
Sunbus routes have stops nearby on Sugar Road, providing direct access to Maroochydore Transit Centre.
On-site parking spaces are available directly in front of Unit 2, with ample street parking along Trinder Ave.
We believe CrossFit is for absolutely anyone, regardless of starting fitness level. Our focus is heavily rooted in movement quality rather than pure leaderboard competition, ensuring safe, long-term athletic progression.
We utilize the official CrossFit methodology (constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity) and scale every workout carefully to meet each athlete's biomechanics and physical capacity.
Members progress through step-by-step coaching, regular form assessments, and structured workout scaling that gradually increases intensity and load as movement mastery is demonstrated.
Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class so we can introduce you to the coaches and show you around the space. You'll fill out a quick waiver and chat about your fitness goals and any injuries.
Comfortable workout clothes, flat athletic shoes suitable for lifting and running, and a water bottle. We have everything else covered!
A standard session is 60 minutes long and includes: dynamic warm-up (10 min), technique/strength practice (20 min), the high-intensity Workout of the Day (20 min), and a group cool-down/stretch (10 min).
An intense, high-energy endurance competition hosted at CrossFit Sisyphus featuring rowers, ski ergs, and bikes. Teams and individuals battle it out on the ergs to test their structural engine.
Our annual community-wide event coinciding with the worldwide CrossFit Open. We run the workouts in a supportive, high-energy festive atmosphere.
