The 'Workout of the Day' follows the official CrossFit methodology of constantly varied, high-intensity functional movement. Each session includes a warm-up, skill or strength work, and a metabolic conditioning finish.
Objective: GPP (General Physical Preparedness)
Specific preparation for the HYROX race format. These classes focus heavily on rowing, skiing, wall balls, sled pushes, and running intervals to build elite aerobic capacity.

Focuses on the technical aspects of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Coaches break down movements to help you build explosive strength and better mobility.

Located in the Crockerton area on the edge of Warminster, the gym is situated within the Southleigh Estate industrial park, offering a spacious and rugged training environment.
The A350 road provides direct vehicle access. Local bus services run along the A350 with stops near Crockerton.
Ample free on-site parking is available directly outside the facility for members.
Our approach is built on the CrossFit stimulus: functional movements performed at high intensity to build a hedge against chronic disease.
We focus on the 'six criteria' of effective training: teaching, seeing, correcting, group management, presence, and demonstration.
Members progress through a structured onboarding (Fundamentals) followed by data-driven tracking of workouts to see measurable improvements in strength and speed.
Arrive 10 minutes early to meet your coach and tour the facility. Wear comfortable workout gear and bring a water bottle.
