Our core workout of the day. Combining high-intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular endurance. Led entirely by a certified coach to guide your form and pacing.

Applying the core principles of CrossFit—constantly varied, high-intensity functional movement—under direct coaching supervision to ensure every class is efficient and optimized.
We evaluate new members through foundational movement patterns and scale every daily workout to their level, increasing complexity and load as mechanics and consistency improve.
Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to meet Coach Andy, complete our safety waiver, and tour the facility. Your coach will guide you through scaling the workout to your current fitness level.
Comfortable athletic wear, flat-soled athletic training shoes, a water bottle, and an open mind.
Every session starts with a structured warm-up, moves into technique or strength practice, followed by the Workout of the Day (WOD), and finishes with stretching. Total duration is exactly 60 minutes.
