Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled consultation or orientation. You will meet your coach, get a clean tour of the facility, and outline your goals.

Required equipment

Comfortable workout clothes, flat-soled athletic shoes, a personal water bottle, and a positive attitude. Hand towels are optional.

What a typical session looks like

A 60-minute session structured with a dynamic warm-up, a strength/skill practice (such as deadlifting or gymnastics), the Workout of the Day (WOD), and a cool-down stretch.
