Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10-15 minutes early to meet your coach, tour our Battle Ground facility, and complete a quick health questionnaire. We'll chat about your goals and make sure you feel completely comfortable before the session begins.

Required equipment

Comfortable athletic apparel, supportive flat-soled athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

Every session begins with a 10-minute dynamic warm-up, followed by 15-20 minutes of skill/strength development, a 15-25 minute high-intensity WOD (Workout of the Day), and finishes with a 5-10 minute group cool-down and stretching.
