Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class starts. This allows you to meet the coaching team, tour our facilities, and outline any previous injuries or physical targets before stepping onto the floor.
We recommend wearing comfortable sportswear, flat-soled training shoes, bringing a water bottle, and a sweat towel.
Every standard 60-minute session consists of a 10-minute group mobility warm-up, a 15-minute strength or skill progression segment, a 25-minute highly intensive metabolic conditioning WOD, followed by a guided cool-down stretch.
