Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class start. A certified coach will welcome you, introduce you to the digital setup, guide you through the layout of the space, and discuss any personal modifications or physical limitations you may have.

Required equipment

Please bring clean training shoes, comfortable athletic apparel, a personal gym towel, and a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated.

What a typical session looks like

Each 60-minute class begins with a structured dynamic warm-up, followed by strength or skill instruction, a high-intensity Workout of the Day (WOD), and finishes with static stretching and active cool-down.
