Easily accessible via Seoul Subway Line 9. The box is situated a short walking distance from Samjeon Station and Seokchon Gobun Station.
No designated private parking on site. Public transport or local public municipal parking garages are highly recommended.

Our coaching uses structured progression, scaling every exercise program to match each individual's mobility, strength, and overall athletic background.
We track member performance through benchmark WODs, regular coach assessments, and targeted skill development to help you reach your goals safely.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class. Introduce yourself to the coach on duty, who will show you the facilities and discuss your personal fitness background and goals.
Bring comfortable athletic wear, clean flat-soled training shoes, a personal water bottle, and a towel if needed.
Each class lasts 60 minutes and includes: 10 minutes of mobility and general warm-up, 15 minutes of skill work/strength building, 25 minutes of the scaled WOD, and 10 minutes of cooling down.
