We utilize constantly varied, high-intensity functional movement sequences. Every program is heavily coached to support active posture adjustments and optimal energy output.
We measure success through safe mechanical repetition, increased work capacity over time, and regular community benchmarks, allowing you to trace your progress accurately.
Arrive at least 15 minutes before class. A coach will show you the layout, introduce you to basic gear, and explain the day's movement modifications.
Bring comfortable training apparel, flat-soled athletic shoes (ideal for lifting and jumping), a water bottle, and a gym towel.
Each class lasts 60 minutes and consists of a guided dynamic warm-up, skill and strength execution, the coached WOD, and a cooling-down stretch.
