Beginner's guide

First visit

We suggest reaching out beforehand to schedule a Free Intro consultation. Arrive 10 minutes prior to your session so our coaches can introduce you to the space, discuss your background, and walk you through the day's movement structure.

Required equipment

Bring comfortable workout clothes, supportive flat-soled training shoes, a reusable water bottle, and an optional towel.

What a typical session looks like

A complete coached session features a targeted technical warm-up (10 mins), strength or movement skill progression (20 mins), the actual high-intensity CrossFit Workout of the Day (20 mins), followed by a cool-down and mobility stretch (10 mins).
