Beginner's guide

First visit

Please plan to arrive approximately 15 minutes before the start of class. Our coach will give you a tour of the box, review any injuries or physical limitations you may have, and prepare you for your first workout.

Required equipment

Please bring comfortable sports attire, flat-heeled training shoes optimized for lifting and conditioning, a private water bottle, and a sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

Every WOD class begins with a structured 10-minute brief and general warm-up, followed by a 15-minute skill or strength development segment, a high-intensity 20-minute daily challenge (WOD), and a 15-minute cool-down and mobility stretch.
