Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10 minutes early to the Gymnasium under the pavilion for a quick briefing and to meet your coach.

Required equipment

Comfortable workout clothes, cross-training shoes, a water bottle, and a towel.

What a typical session looks like

Sessions consist of a coached warm-up, a skill or strength portion, the WOD (Workout of the Day), and a cool-down/stretch (60 minutes total).
