Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 15 minutes early to sign a waiver and get a tour. You will meet with a coach to discuss your fitness background and any injuries.

Required equipment

Athletic shoes (cross-trainers preferred), comfortable workout attire, and a water bottle.

What a typical session looks like

Each 60-minute session includes a coached warm-up, a skill or strength portion, the 'Workout of the Day' (WOD), and a cool-down.
