Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class. You'll meet your coach, complete a quick physical questionnaire, tour our box, and get briefed on the day's scaled workout routine.

Required equipment

Bring comfortable sportswear, athletic flat training shoes, water flask, and sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

Every 60-minute class includes a general warm-up, a detailed movement demonstration, strength/skill coaching, the daily conditioning workout (WOD), and guided cooldown stretches.
