Our flagship group training class using the CrossFit methodology. We blend high-intensity metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, and Olympic weightlifting into a constantly varied, high-energy hour. Led step-by-step by certified coaches.
Objective: Cardiovascular endurance, metabolic conditioning, functional strength
Designed for newcomers, this class breaks down foundational CrossFit movements (squats, presses, lifts) safely. You will learn perfect form, pacing, and scaling techniques in a small, non-intimidating setting.
Objective: Technique, movement mechanics, basic conditioning
Focus specifically on the clean & jerk and snatch. You will improve your speed, power, flexibility, and spatial awareness under the barbell with specialized mechanical coaching.

Arrive 10 minutes before class. A coach will greet you, give you a tour of the box, and talk through your training background and current physical limitations.
