Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10 minutes before class. A coach will greet you, give you a tour of the box, and talk through your training background and current physical limitations.

Required equipment

Comfortable workout clothes, flat-soled athletic shoes, and a water bottle.

What a typical session looks like

60 minutes total: 10 mins dynamic joint preparation and warm-up, 15 mins strength or mechanical skill development, 20-25 mins structured CrossFit workout (WOD), 10 mins mobility stretch and cool-down.
