Located on Highway 9 in Mono, just on the outskirts of Orangeville. The gym is housed within the prominent Athlete Institute complex, a hub for local sports and fitness.
Limited public transit directly to Highway 9; primarily accessed by car via ON-9.
Extensive free parking is available on-site at the Athlete Institute for all members.

We utilize the CrossFit methodology—constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity—tailored through professional coaching and rigorous standards.
Members progress through a tiered system of skill development, moving from foundational mechanics to consistency and then increasing intensity as proficiency grows.
Arrive 10-15 minutes early to meet your coach and tour the facility. Your coach will walk you through the day's movements and help you scale as needed.
Comfortable athletic wear, flat-soled training shoes (CrossFit or lifting shoes recommended), and a water bottle.
