Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive about 10-15 minutes early to meet your coach, fill out your waiver, and take a quick tour of our layout. We'll chat about your previous athletic background, personal goals, and any current mobility restrictions.

Required equipment

We recommend comfortable, breathable workout clothing, standard athletic or flat-sole training shoes, and a refillable water bottle.

What a typical session looks like

Each session lasts exactly 60 minutes, starting with a 10-minute movement prep warm-up, followed by a 15-minute strength skill session, a 20-minute Workout of the Day (WOD), and finishing with a 15-minute accessory/mobility cool-down.
