We recommend comfortable, breathable workout clothing, standard athletic or flat-sole training shoes, and a refillable water bottle.
Each session lasts exactly 60 minutes, starting with a 10-minute movement prep warm-up, followed by a 15-minute strength skill session, a 20-minute Workout of the Day (WOD), and finishing with a 15-minute accessory/mobility cool-down.
