Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete your waiver, meet your coach, and tour our facility in The Nations. We will discuss your athletic history and customize your first workout.

Required equipment

Comfortable athletic apparel, breathable running or training shoes, a water bottle, and a positive attitude. Hand grips are optional but welcome.

What a typical session looks like

We start with a group warm-up, dive into a quick movement practice tutorial, tackle the high-energy Workout of the Day (WOD), and finish with targeted recovery stretching.
