The 'Workout of the Day' combines bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, and cardio into a high-intensity circuit. These sessions are structured to ensure you are warmed up, well-coached, and performing movements suitable for your level.
Objective: Overall Conditioning
A focus on movement efficiency and mobility. Coaches identify imbalances and use practice drills to help you progress through complex functional movements.
Objective: Technique & Mobility
An intensive weightlifting program focused on the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Includes two trainers to provide high-level technical feedback.
Objective: Olympic Weightlifting
Located in the Fenton Industrial Estate (Monarch Works) in Stoke-on-Trent, the gym sits in a professional industrial zone easily accessible from the main roads.
Accessible via local bus routes stopping on Victoria Road. The facility is a short drive from Stoke-on-Trent railway station.

Constantly varied, functional movement performed at high intensity. We utilize tools like kettlebells, barbells, and rowers to build a balanced physical profile.
Every session is well-coached with scaled versions of workouts, allowing members to progress from basic movements to advanced Olympic lifting and gymnastics at their own pace.
On your first visit, arrive 10-15 minutes early to meet your coach, see the facility, and receive a briefing on the session structure.
Comfortable gym clothes, cross-training shoes, and a water bottle. Lifting shoes are optional but recommended for technical courses.
Each hour-long session includes a structured warm-up, a skill or strength portion, the WOD (Workout of the Day), and a cool-down/mobility period.
