Our core daily group coaching program. Classes combine functional movements from Olympic weightlifting, bodyweight gymnastics, and cardiovascular endurance to build a highly optimized physical condition.

A fast-paced interval class built to push cardiovascular capacity and burn fat. Using bodyweight resistance, kettlebells, and metabolic machinery without complex barbell techniques.

We emphasize functional training that improves your day-to-day life. Our focus is to ensure you move efficiently, reduce the risk of injury, and build deep strength to enjoy life fully.
We follow a strict training hierarchy: Mechanics first, Consistency second, and Intensity only after the first two are mastered.
Members scale up based on regular coaching evaluations, logging workouts via tracking apps, and hitting physical milestones under careful supervision.
Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class. You will be greeted warmly by our staff, taken on a quick tour, and introduced to your coach who will run through the upcoming daily exercises.
Comfortable, breathable activewear, standard athletic sneakers (flat soles preferred for lifting), a personal hydration bottle, and a gym towel.
Each class lasts 60 minutes and consists of: dynamic movement warmup (10 mins), strength or technique practice (20 mins), the functional Workout of the Day (WOD) (20 mins), and cooldown stretching (10 mins).
