Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive about 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled class. You will be warmly greeted by our coach, given a quick tour of our facility, and briefed on the structure of the day's class so you feel perfectly prepared.

Required equipment

Wear comfortable athletic clothing and supportive training shoes. Bring a personal water bottle. We supply all the heavy equipment, towels, and chalk.

What a typical session looks like

Every session is exactly 60 minutes long, comprising a dynamic warm-up, a specific movement technique review, the main WOD (Workout of the Day), and a structured cool-down with stretching.
