Beginner's guide

First visit

Please plan to arrive approximately 10-15 minutes prior to class start. Our head coach will greet you, walk you through our facilities, and review any personal fitness background or safety guidelines.

Required equipment

Bring standard comfortable athletic clothing, flat training shoes or athletic sneakers, a refillable water bottle, and a clean towel.

What a typical session looks like

Every standard session is 60 minutes long, starting with a structured warm-up, moving into strength or skill practice, running through the high-intensity WOD, and concluding with a cool-down.
