CrossFit Momentous is a premier fitness destination located in Austell, Georgia, just west of Atlanta. Since becoming an official CrossFit affiliate in early 2018, we have dedicated ourselves to fostering a vibrant gymnasium environment where high-intensity workouts meet a supportive community. Our mission is to provide a 'life-changing' experience for every athlete, regardless of their starting point. We focus on constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity to ensure you reach your peak physical potential. Beginner's guide

First visit

On your first visit, arrive 15 minutes early to meet your coach and tour the facility. We will walk you through the movements and the flow of the class.

Required equipment

Comfortable workout clothes, cross-training shoes (recommended), a water bottle, and a towel.

What a typical session looks like

Sessions last 60 minutes and include a group warm-up, a skill or strength portion, the WOD (Workout of the Day), and a cool-down.
