The core of our programming. Each session includes a warm-up, skill or strength work, and the WOD (Workout of the Day). These classes are designed to improve your cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility through varied functional movements.
Objective: Full Body Conditioning
A mandatory requirement for those new to the sport. These sessions focus on teaching the nine foundational movements of CrossFit, ensuring you can train safely and effectively in a group setting.

Situated in the T A D Centre on Ormesby Road, the gym is located in a professional business and community hub in Middlesbrough, offering a secure and accessible environment.

We believe that fitness should be functional and measurable. Our approach focuses on moving large loads over long distances, quickly, to build real-world capacity.
We follow the official CrossFit methodology: constantly varied, high-intensity functional movement. We prioritize 'Mechanics, then Consistency, then Intensity'.
Members progress by mastering foundational movements before increasing load and intensity. Our coaches provide regular feedback and use data-driven tracking (WOD results) to monitor improvement.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first session. A coach will meet you to show you around and discuss your fitness goals and any injuries.
Comfortable workout clothes, flat-soled athletic shoes (CrossFit shoes or trainers), a water bottle, and a towel.
Sessions last 60 minutes and follow a structure: Warm-up (10-15m), Skill/Strength development (15-20m), the WOD (15-25m), and a Cool-down/Stretch (5-10m).
