The 'Workout of the Day' features constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Each session includes a warm-up, skill or strength work, and the metabolic conditioning workout.
Objective: Overall Conditioning
Small group sessions focusing on the technical aspects of the nine foundational movements of CrossFit. It is required for all new members without prior CrossFit experience.

Located in the vibrant Southwest Boulevard corridor, an area known for its industrial charm and proximity to both downtown KC and the Kansas suburbs. It's a professional and active neighborhood.
Accessible via local Kansas City bus routes serving Southwest Boulevard and the 7th St Trafficway.

We utilize the official CrossFit methodology: constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements. We emphasize mechanics first, then consistency, and only then intensity.
Members progress from the Elements course into the regular WODs, with continuous coaching feedback and periodic 'Featured Athlete' milestones to track long-term growth.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to meet your coach, sign the waiver, and get a tour of the facility. You'll be briefed on the day's movements.
Comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes (flat-soled preferred), a water bottle, and a towel.
60-minute session including a dynamic warm-up, skill/strength work (e.g., Squats or Olympic lifting), the WOD (MetCon), and a cool-down.
