An essential entry-level program focusing on teaching foundational functional movement biomechanics safely. Under the guided supervision of our coaches, you'll master basic barbell complexes, gymnastic scaling, and row/bike techniques.
Objective: Technique, Safety & Foundations
Non-instructed block where members can use all gym facilities to execute their own programs, catch up on missed daily WODs, work on active recovery, or refine specific athletic gymnastics skills.

Please arrive at the gym 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class starts. You will get to meet Coach Meg, tour our training floor, and review any personal injuries or training background with us.
Bring standard, comfortable athletic clothing, flat-soled training shoes (ideal for squats and Olympic lifts), and your personal water bottle.
A standard 60-minute session includes a 10-minute dynamic warm-up, a 15-minute targeted strength or lifting block, a 20-to-25-minute metabolic high-intensity WOD, and a guided structural cool-down.
An annual global event celebrated locally with Friday Night Lights, where our entire community gathers to support each other through testing workouts.
Fun, high-energy Saturday morning group workouts designed for partners and teams to train together, followed by neighborhood coffee gatherings.
