Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before class. One of our head coaches will guide you through our facility, review your previous fitness history, and help customize your very first workout.

Required equipment

We recommend athletic clothing, supportive cross-training shoes, a personal water bottle, and a positive attitude.

What a typical session looks like

A standard session lasts 60 minutes, containing a thorough coach-led warmup, specialized skill training, the metabolic WOD, and structured recovery stretches.
