Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive about 10-15 minutes prior to your first class. This allows you to meet your coach, complete standard health paperwork, and tour the facility layout.

Required equipment

Bring clean indoor sports training shoes, comfortable physical exercise clothing, a personal water bottle, and a small sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

Every structured class runs for 60 minutes, beginning with a guided mobility warm-up, moving to a physical skill or power task, followed by the main high-intensity WOD, and finishing with a cool-down.
