Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10 minutes early to meet your coach and tour the facility. Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle.

Required equipment

Athletic shoes, comfortable workout apparel, and a positive attitude. We provide all the specialized equipment.

What a typical session looks like

Sessions last 60 minutes and include a group warm-up, a strength or skill component, the high-intensity WOD, and a cool-down/stretch.
