First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can show you around, discuss your athletic background, and introduce you to your coach.

Required equipment

Clean, indoor-only training shoes, comfortable athletic apparel, a personal water bottle, and a towel if desired.

What a typical session looks like

A standard session includes a detailed white-board brief, a guided full-body warm-up, skill or heavy strength training, the Workout of the Day (WOD), and a cool-down stretch.
