Our core high-intensity class utilizing the official CrossFit methodology. Every day features a new 'Workout of the Day' combining strength work, skill practice, and conditioning. Our professional coaches guide you through every progression.
Objective: Strength, conditioning, and gymnastics technique
A high-stamina engine builder class specifically structured to mimic the physical challenges of official HYROX competitions. Focuses heavily on endurance, running intervals, and high-repetition functional movements.
Objective: Cardiovascular stamina and muscular endurance
A specialized technical class focusing strictly on developing explosive power and precision in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Perfect for lifting heavy weights safely and efficiently.
Objective: Barbell technique, power, and explosive strength

The main Martigny Train Station is located just a short 10-15 minute walk (3-minute drive) from the box. Local bus lines also run directly along Rue des Finettes.
Convenient on-site parking is available directly at the box. Please remember that the gym's main entrance is situated at the back of the building.

Our coaches track your daily consistency, strength milestones, and movement patterns. Members are systematically guided through advanced variations only after demonstrating flawless technical foundations.
Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class. Head to the rear of the building, where a coach will welcome you, introduce you to the facility, and run through the structure of your first session.
Bring clean indoor training shoes (flat-soled recommended), comfortable athletic clothing, a personal towel, and a reusable water bottle.
Every coached session is 60 minutes long, starting with an active warm-up, moving into technical practice or strength development, completing the daily workout (WOD), and wrapping up with a guided cool-down and mobility work.
