Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class starts. You will meet our welcoming team, complete a standard waiver form, and get introduced to your lead coach.

Required equipment

Please bring comfortable athletic apparel, flat training shoes or running shoes, a small personal towel, and a bottle of water to stay hydrated.

What a typical session looks like

Every structured class lasts exactly 60 minutes and includes a coordinated warm-up, skill practice or strength progression, the dynamic Workout of the Day (WOD), and a group cool-down stretch.
