Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class time. This allows you to tour our clean facility, meet your certified coach, and comfortably chat about your current activity level and any past physical injuries.

Required equipment

We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable athletic apparel and supportive training sneakers. Don't forget a personal water bottle and a sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

A standard session is 60 minutes long, starting with a coach-led mobility warm-up, followed by a technique briefing, the core Daily Workout (WOD), and finishing with a group cool-down stretch.
