Our signature workout of the day class. It incorporates functional movements from gymnastics, weightlifting, and cardio, programmed to challenge you and improve overall physical capacity.
Objective: General Physical Preparedness (GPP)
A specialized class focusing on the technique and execution of the snatch, clean, and jerk. Ideal for building explosive power and refining mechanics under the watchful eye of a coach.
Objective: Strength & Technique
Unstructured training time allowing members to work on weaknesses, practice skills, perform strength work, or make up a missed WOD at their own pace.
Objective: Individual Progression

We believe fitness is a lifelong journey best traveled together. Our approach prioritizes mechanics, consistency, and then intensity, ensuring all athletes move safely and effectively.
We use the classic CrossFit methodology—constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements—paired with attentive coaching to deliver measurable results in cardiorespiratory endurance, stamina, strength, and power.
Athletes progress through consistent attendance, mastering fundamental bodyweight movements and light loads before advancing to complex weightlifting and higher intensity workouts.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class. You will be greeted by a coach who will show you around the gym, help you sign your waiver, and discuss your personal fitness goals and injury history.
Comfortable workout clothing, flat athletic shoes (cross-trainers are ideal), and a water bottle. We provide all the specialized equipment and fitness gear.
Every session lasts exactly 60 minutes and consists of: a 10-minute dynamic warm-up, a 15-20 minute strength or technical skill session, a 15-20 minute WOD (Workout of the Day), and a 10-minute cool-down and mobility stretch.
