The staple of our program. This class combines elements of gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in a high-intensity format. Every session is different, keeping your body guessing and ensuring constant progress.
Objective: General Physical Preparedness (GPP)
These are not separate classes but different tracks within our main WOD. Whether you are an elite athlete (RX) or just starting (Scaled), the coach helps you choose the right weight and movement version for your goals.

Members progress through a tiered system where movements are mastered at a 'Scaled' level before moving to 'Intermediate' and eventually 'RX' (As Prescribed).
Arrive 15 minutes early to meet your coach, tour the facility, and discuss any past injuries or fitness goals.
Comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes (CrossFit or flat-soled shoes recommended), and a water bottle.
