A multi-session program focusing on teaching foundational CrossFit movements, safety guidelines, and proper lifting mechanics to beginners.
Objective: Foundational Technique & Safety
Unstructured training time for members to work on weakness development, strength programming, skill practice, or makeup workouts of their choice.

Focuses strictly on Olympic lifting techniques (Snatch, Clean & Jerk) and core strength builds (Squats, Deadlifts, Presses) to improve raw power and lifting efficiency.

Members progress by mastering foundational skills in our On-Ramp program, tracking their daily performance, and slowly introducing higher intensity and complex movements under coach supervision.
Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class to meet your coach, tour the facility, and settle in. You will be introduced to the group and guided through every step of the day's training.
Comfortable workout clothing, clean indoor training/flat shoes, water bottle, and sweat towel.
Every 1-hour session includes a coached general and specific warm-up, a detailed movement demonstration/skills portion, the timed WOD (Workout of the Day), and a structured cool-down with stretching.
