Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class. A coach will greet you, show you around the facility, and discuss any past injuries or current goals before starting.

Required equipment

Comfortable workout clothes, flat athletic shoes, a personal water bottle, and a sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

Every session consists of an active warm-up, a skill or strength development segment, the Workout of the Day (WOD), and a cool-down stretch.
