Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your first class. Our coach will welcome you, show you around the box, and brief you on the workout of the day.

Required equipment

Comfortable workout clothes, flat-soled athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a personal sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

Every session is 60 minutes long, starting with a structured warm-up, followed by movement technique work, the main workout (WOD), and a cool-down stretch.
