CrossFit Good Land is a community-oriented fitness facility located in the RiverPoint Shopping Complex in Fox Point, Wisconsin. Established in early 2024 by owner Sarah O'Shea, our mission is to empower individuals of all fitness levels to achieve their health and performance goals through high-quality coaching, structured functional training, and an incredibly supportive local community. Whether you are a seasoned CrossFit athlete or taking your very first steps into a gym, our welcoming environment, state-of-the-art equipment, and professional coaching staff will help you move better, feel stronger, and live healthier. Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first class. You will meet your coach, get a brief tour of our modern space, and we'll discuss your personal goals, fitness history, and any existing physical limitations.

Required equipment

Bring comfortable gym clothes, clean athletic trainers, a water bottle, and an open mind. We provide all the specialized fitness and recovery gear you will need.

What a typical session looks like

Each session lasts exactly 60 minutes and is comprised of a dynamic general warm-up, a technical skill development review, the main scaled WOD (Workout of the Day), and a structured cool-down stretch.
